TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINTURA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
